Bailey Winter, a sophomore at Weber State, won her section of the women's invitational 3,000-meter steeplechase in a personal-best 10:26.80 at the Bryan Clay Invitational at Cougar Stadium at Azusa Pacific University. Winter improved by more than 12 seconds to finish seventh overall from all five sections combined.
